Finding my purpose in God and not in work!

One of the hardest things to find is the kind of work that you want and gives you joy. We normally go for the interviews that we want but when we get turned down we start to tread on the road of second best and when that doesn't work we are on the home stretch of just any work as long as it pays the bills and sometimes that doesn't even happen and then your on the no job list.

It's when all those doors are shut that our circumstances start leaning towards our faith and some of us are not only forced to go on our knees but it becomes a primary " habit " in quote. Many young people don't know who God is. Do you? Are you his friend or are you just looking for a talking buddy?

If you can find out what Gods purpose is for your life, half your problems are sorted out. Many are working but they are "enduring " rather than being at peace at their work places. Finding God's purpose in your life saves you the run around or slumbering away, wasting many years and being frustrated at being used and disrespected.

Remedy : know God, Know your gifting, know your identity, know your calling as a child of God and finally release your life to him and allow him to direct your foot steps.

"They that know your name will put their trust in thee; for thou, lord, has not forsaken them that seek thee". Psalm 9:10.

In determining your purpose in life, take a deep look at these key areas in alignment with your passion (what you love to do), your areas of strength and most importantly, the need:

  1. Your past
  2. Your present
  3. Your future

To stop running other people's race and to find that inner peace, do a self discovery and profile your self. What would your prefer to be remembered for!
