Life is truly strange with different sides like a coin. We experience the different side of life at a particular point in time or for a life time. Life to some is like a bed of roses, all good and glamorous while to others, it’s full of pain and sorrows or a combination of good and bad but the degree might differ.

This allow Management to focus on other more pressing issues while allowing professionals take some of these burdens. This allows for a more effective use of Management time and available resources; including human and capital and in the long run save cost

As an HR Practitioner, I have been privileged to either anchor or sit on quite a number of interview panels. One of the key questions that most applicants fail to do justice to is; “why do you want to work for us (company)”. It’s a golden opportunity to sell yourself and stand-out from the crowd as the preferred choice.
